Esta vez, el mejor conteo especial de todos, "Las 100 Más Grandiosas Canciones Del Hard Rock". Este programa fue conducido por Bret Michaels, el líder de la banda "Poison" y protagonista del reality show de "Rock Of Love".
Hace algunos años Vh1 publicó en su página web una encuesta acerca de las mejores canciones del Hard Rock, los visitantes votaron, y así formaron este listado.
El programa consta de 5 horas como los anteriores conteos, emitidas desde el lunes 14 de noviembre, hasta el 18 de noviembre de 2011.
